  1. The controller of my personal data is your business Harmony Day Spa with it’s registered office and your booking system provider – Salon Connect.
  2. The controller processes personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent given.
  4. Personal data will be processed for a period of 5 years.
  5. The recipients of personal data shall be external entities supplying the controllers IT systems and providing their ongoing support, those providing services related to the current activity of the controller, including for the purpose of booking visits – pursuant to relevant personal data processing agreements and while ensuring the application by the aforementioned entities of adequate technical and organisational measures guaranteeing data protection.
  6. My personal data may be subject to profiling.
  7. Any person who’s data are processed shall, to the extend permitted by law,have the right of access to and rectification or erasure of personal data,as well as the right to restrict and object to the processing of his or her data.
  8. I am entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (data protection authority).
  9. I understand that Harmony Day Spa has to keep my medical details for the future treatments.
